Test Results

Our easy-to-use early warning system is designed to detect invisible traces of blood in your urine before it becomes a problem. All it takes is a quick trip to the loo, and within 20 seconds, you'll either know your urine is clear of traces of blood, or whether you should see your GP for further checks.

Blood in your urine is not necessarily something to worry about, but you should follow up with a doctor if the test does detect blood.

Whichever the outcome, you’re taking control of your health – and that’s good news.

You have a negative result

If it comes back yellow, great! Your urine is blood-free. You should, however, keep testing yourself every three months to stay on top of your health and make sure nothing changes

You have a positive result

As soon as green spots start appearing, it means there are invisible traces of blood in your urine but there is no need to panic. Blood in your pee can indicate numerous health conditions that aren't a result of anything serious. However, blood is a known early indicator of bladder or kidney cancer and is also a stated symptom of prostate cancer according to the NHS, so it would be wise to follow up and eliminate these as possible causees.

As soon as the green appears, you should book an appointment with your GP and seek medical advice as soon as possible.

You can notify us here that you have a positive result and we will answer any non-medical queries you may have about the test or what to do next.
